The other half of the double Anime UK News shonen blu-ray reviews this week, HERE is Part 9 of Dragon Ball Super. So much fighting…. so… so much fighting…

Funny how these things happen. The Christmas Fair at the library I work at meant I was extra busy last week, and the few bits of spare time I had to write was to write two Anime UK News Reviews that wouldn’t come out until the following week! (a.k.a now!)
Ah well, let’s kick off this two-day double bill of shonen anime parts with the second Bortuo blu-ray release. The series has its moments, but also has its… crap moments. You can get more details by clicking HERE to read the review!

It’s time to continue forward in the Universal Century, though we’re now so far away from Amuro and co. that it doesn’t really matter, beyond similar designs and faction names. Gundam F91 is a straight up theatrical movie by Gundam creator Tomino himself, but the problem is that it started off life as a new TV show, and therefore this comes across as a compilation movie to a series you haven’t seen… but is it still worth a watch?! Well, since you asked…

Yep, two Anime UK News reviews up back to back! My review of the eighth Dragon Ball Super Blu-Ray release can be found by clicking HERE.

It’s been a while since I reviewed a random anime I’d never of before for Anime UK News, but here we are! Asura Cryin’ was weird, and had far too many genres crammed into it, but it was good for a laugh. The full review of the Blu-Ray set can be found by clicking HERE.

Given the fact I’ve already started reviewing Boruto for the site, it’s a little bittersweet calling this the “last Naruto Shippuden Review” I do for Anime UK News, but there you go… You can view it by clicking HERE.

It’s time for another One Piece review, continuing my first run through of the never-ending series. We have reached the Impel Down Arc, a story arc that is ostensibly a long prologue to the major event coming up next. Does it hold up in its own right, and is it worth watching? Let’s find out!

We’re now reaching the episodes that I had previously covered when I was reviewing the show via Streaming for AUKN, so by the time I get round to covering the Universe Survival Arc on this blog it’ll be the third time!
Anyway, my review of blu-ray Part 7 can be found by clicking HERE.

It’s (a reasonably late look at) the return of One Punch Man, a series parodying Shonen action shows that really took off a few years ago thanks to its sense of humour and frankly jaw-dropping animation. Season 2 continues… the humour, though some of it is getting old, but drops the ball with a new animation studio. Is it still worth a watch though?

My review of the Blu-Ray release of My Hero Academia Season 3 Part 2 is now up on Anime UK News and can be view by clicking HERE.
As I’ve said before, this is a series I’m looking forward to diving deeper into on this blog down the line…
